No.  We have carefully curated the best features that would be able to support all sites.

No. As part of the Terms of the engagement, 100% of the payment is payable in advance each month.  

If we do not receive your payment in advance for a month, you will not receive any support services.  After 7 days of non-payment, we will stop all support and deactivate all licenses that we would have installed to facilitate maintenance.  Your site would continue to function however.

Yes. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.

Yes.  We however would first need to perform an audit of the site to determine suitability. Primarily, the site needs to be built using the WordPress platform.  We charge a setup fee of TTD $500 for sites not built by us.

No. Hosting is the location where the website pages are stored. A Domain name is the website address for your site. e.g. www.mysite.com.  We require all our clients to renew their own hosting and domain name. We will provide guidance and notifications of upcoming  hosting and domain renewal.

Major design changes or large web feature changes are only covered annually in the Enterprise Care Plans. If you want large scale changes to your site, please contact us and we can discuss your requirements.

No. We cannot make such guarantees. We do put systems in place to reduce the likelihood of hacks ever occurring. In the event that an attack does occur, we would ensure that you are back up and running again in the quickest possible time.

Back up frequency depends on the plan you choose. We have Weekly (Professional plan), Daily (Business plan) and 2x Daily(Enterprise plan) back up options in place and for all plans we back up the entire site and database.

Backups are kept in a secure, third party, Cloud storage facility.

Backups are also kept for 30 days.

You can use your support time for content updates, design updates, graphic design, newsletter, bug fixes, or just getting extra advice.

We expect that you would be reasonable with your requests and not abuse the system.   Each support request task should not exceed more than 30 minutes.

You will be billed at the hourly rate of TTD$800.
